Push On Wellbeing CIC
The Pow programme / Push On Wellbeing is helping communities in the North & South of the borough with physical & mental wellbeing in mind. The 10 week programme is being delivered in Chelmsley Wood, Smithswood & Kingshurst Communities in the North & Hobs Moat in the South.
Each 1 X hour session each week brings 30 minutes DanceFitness By Reza who teaches the amazing FitSteps programme made in the UK by Natalie Lowe & Ian Waite from Strictly Come dancing, along with Olympic Gold Medallist Mark Foster.
The cool down is a 10 minutes meditation with Sarah May. At the beginning of the program everyone is introduced to the natural healing of aromatherapy oils blended by Elizabeth Annes Aromatherapy who is a fully qualified aromatherapist. As an alternative natural medicine.
They are also given their very own gratitude box, which contains a gratitude stone & gratitude list which they write out all the things they are truly grateful for in their life's. To read out every day along with putting their oil on. Reza teaches "The Gratitude Attitude from Day 1". For when we are showing gratitude, what we will get back in return is gratitude in abundance.
