Independent Travel Training for 15-29 year olds who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) We are very excited to announce that our new free of charge service to assist young adults to travel around Solihull and Birmingham. What we do • We provide 1:1 travel training for those who are between the ages of 15-29 who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). • Our trainees will learn how to use the bus/train and will learn skills around road safety and keeping safe. • We meet our young people with their parent/carer in their homes to talk about what they want to achieve and where they want travel to. • We create a step by step plan of how we will achieve this. • We risk assess the route • We then begin our bespoke sessions, where lesson by lesson the client will gain more skills in using public transport confidently.
