Service summary

We provide high-quality and person-centred care and support services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes whilst preserving their dignity, respect, choice, rights and independence.

We provide care and support services for adults from 18 years and above with physical and mental disabilities including dementia as well as those who have long-term health conditions. We also provide support for individuals who have just been discharged from the hospital as well as respite care for family carers who need a short break.

Client groups

We provide care and support services for the following client groups:
Adults from age 18 and above
Adults with physical and learning disabilities
Individuals who have Dementia
Adults with mental health issues and sensory impairments

Service details

We do provide tender loving care to elderly people and others with terminal illnesses (end of life care).
We also provide respite care for family carers who need short breaks

Our care workers are properly trained and experienced in the provision of excellent care services at all times; thus, they possess the skills and competencies required to care and support service users in line with their needs and preferences.

Our organisation is registered by the regulatory authority - the Care Quality Commission (CQC), so any information about us can be checked on their website.

Opening times

Our organisation is accessible to all our existing and potential service users and families 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

However, our office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
